  2. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the services we provide, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 2 working days of your purchase.
  3. After the 2-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to not to purchase our services unless they are sure that it fits your needs.
  4. Qobolak Study Abroad is not liable to its subscribers about the third parties refund policies.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Qobolak for Study Abroad practices 100% non-refundable policy upon cancellation of the services.
  2. Refunds, where eligible, are typically issued via the same instrument that was used to make the payment (so the refund will go to your card or bank for online payment). However, we are sometimes unable to do this and may offer you a cheque, bank transfer, cash, or credit coupon, at our discretion.
